Part 2 of the Great Laundry Caper
If one has been following our holiday updates for the last few years, you know that in December 2005, we "adopted" Christina and her children for Christmas. Christina's mother had passed away during the summer of 2005, and Christina was having a difficult time making ends meet with such a large family, but little in the way of outside support. We so enjoyed the experience that we decided that we would keep adopting this family each Christmas while the kids were growing up. Given all the laundry that seven children can generate, we decided to present Christina with her very own washer and dryer. A great way to start off the year for the Salazars.
